Friends of Sulgrave Manor

The Friends of Sulgrave Manor was established by The National Society of The Colonial Dames of America (NSCDA) in 1978 as an independent 501(c)3 charity and charged with distributing information about and encouraging support of historic Sulgrave Manor in England, the ancestral home of the Washington family. The Friends of Sulgrave Manor provides funding through grants for major restoration work, operational support, maintenance, and preservation projects. Sulgrave Manor is a proud member of the NSCDA’s Great American Treasures collection.
